Pakistan’s first HR Digitization at K-Electric using SAP on TMC Cloud
Pakistan’s first HR Digitization at K-Electric using SAP on TMC Cloud TMC (TallyMarks Consulting) has helped K Electric successfully digitize its HR Records using SAP OpenText xECM. This is the first such implementation in Pakistan and has allowed K Electric to make leaps and bounds in its digital transformation journey. The Go-Live ceremony celebrated the efforts done by both the teams at TMC and K Electric as well as mentioned the main highlights of the project. The project was basically a one window solution that included implementation, IaaS, Scanning, Digitization as well as managed services. It resulted in a Centralized Document Management System that is ready to be integrated with other KE departments for documents digitization and SAP integration lowering the total cost of ownership. The fact that the solution is integrated with SAP, gives access to digital documents on the fly. The amount of data covered in digital format is in itself a huge feat; 2.6 Million of Physical Pages of 26000 Employees.
