Seamlessly integrated into their existing payroll processing system, these modules have revolutionized salary planning, increments, and bonus processing for Engro Corp and its subsidiaries.

The primary objective of this implementation was to enhance accuracy and efficiency for over 2500 employees by automating increments and bonus pay-outs. Leveraging SAP’s activate cloud implementation methodology, TMC and Engro executed the project with remarkable success, achieving a significant milestone as the first-ever successful implementation of both Compensation and Variable Pay modules in Pakistan.
The official launch took place on June 15, 2023, at the prestigious Pearl Continental Karachi during SAP Discovery Day.
