Are there any prerequisities for registering for this program?
Yes, you should be a BBA or MBA (Preference is HR major), have Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), an aptitude for technology and MS Office Proficiency,
Will I get hired?
TMC will hire you on the first day of training and provide the whole experience on the job.
What do you mean by 2 years binding contract?
There will be terms and conditions to avail this program and the final list of students will be selected after a thorough screening process.
Will it be a paid job?
Yes, you will earn a monthly stipend which will increase after 6 months.
