Driving Digital Transformation in Education: The Role of SAP S/4HANA at UAF (University of Agriculture Faisalabad)
Recently, UAF made the decision to implement SAP S/4HANA as its ERP system, with the help of TMC (TallyMarks Consulting), the largest and top SAP partner in Pakistan. The goal of this implementation was to create an integrated administrative system that would provide the university with access to financial, physical, and human information in a user-driven, flexible, and seamless environment. The system was designed to support efficient business processes and industry best practices, enabling UAF to stay ahead of its competitors.
The SAP S/4HANA modules implemented at UAF include ABAP & FIORI, BASIS, SAP FI, CO, MM, HCM, and PM (Fleet Management). While the implementation process was challenging due to the siloed data across various departments and campuses, the use of SAP’s Activate Methodology made the process easier and ensured high-quality project delivery based on global best practices.
